Directors’ Week Celebration 2021
IoD-Gh established and held the maiden Directors’ Week Celebration in 2018 as an annual event to bring Directors and Members of the Institute together to build their capacity, network and share ideas on how to promote Directorship and professionalism in their various spheres of influence.
The Fourth (4th) IoD-Gh Directors’ Week Celebration which happens to be a virtual event, comes off on Tuesday, 16th November to Friday 19th November, 2021.
The theme for this year’s event is “Good Corporate Governance and Ethical Leadership: An Essential Requirement for Organizational Turnaround”.

Stakeholder Engagement
This virtual event creates opportunites for dialogue with critical Stakehloders as we seek to impact and be impacted positively. The event will be held on Tuesday, 16th November, 2021 from 9:30am to 1:25pm GMT.
Annual General Meeting
The 15th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Institute of Directors-Ghana will be held on Tuesday, 16th November, 2021 from 4:00pm – 6:30pm.
Capacity Building Sessions
There will be a number of sessions aimed at performance evaluation; testing, preparing and insulating the Director for 2022. This virtual event will be held on Wednesday, 17th November, 2021 from 9:30am to 4:30pm GMT.
IoD-Gh Members’ Forum
This forum creates opportunities for members to interact with the leadership to discuss various strategic issues relating to the Institute. This virtual event will be held on Thursday, 18th November, 2021 from 9:30am to 5:00pm.
4th IoD-Gh Corporate Governance Excellence Awards
This virtual event will be held to recognize individuals and organizations who have distinguished themselves in the promotion of good Corporate Governance on Friday, 19th November 2021 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
