On Wednesday, 26th June 2025, a distinguished group of Fellows and Members of the Institute of Directors-Ghana (IoD-Gh) joined other senior leaders at the Executive Forum on Strategic Compliance, a premier thought leadership event organized by Eunomia Risk Advisory, Inc. in collaboration with the National Association of Black Compliance and Risk Management Professionals (NABCRMP) and Wisconsin International University College, Ghana.
Held in Accra, the Forum convened public and private sector leaders to explore innovative approaches to compliance, governance, and ethical leadership in an increasingly complex global landscape shaped by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA).

• Rev. (Dr.) Isaac Agyapong, FIoD
• Mr. Justice Awuku-Sao, FIoD
• Ms. Sena Dake, FIoD
• Prof. Douglas Boateng, FIoD

• Dr. Alfred Braimah, FIoD

These esteemed IoD-Gh Fellows contributed their deep expertise and perspectives to discussions aimed at strengthening regulatory systems, promoting ethical business practices, and advancing trust within both public and private institutions.
The Executive Forum on Strategic Compliance is a cross-sector platform purposefully designed for executives, legal and compliance officers, regulators, public officials, and institutional decision-makers. The event promotes candid, solution-oriented dialogue across industries, anchored in practical experience and insight. All discussions were held under the Chatham House Rule, creating an open and respectful environment for sharing challenges and opportunities in governance, compliance, and risk management.
As businesses and institutions across Africa face rising expectations from stakeholders and regulators alike, forums such as these provide valuable opportunities for collaboration, foresight, and leadership in action.
The Institute of Directors-Ghana commends the organizers and participating Fellows for their continued commitment to driving excellence in governance and ethical leadership across Ghana and beyond.
