The President / Chair of the Governing Council of the Institute of Directors-Ghana (IoD-Gh), Rev. (Mrs.) Angela Carmen Appiah, FIoD has been elected onto the Board of the African Corporate Governance Network (ACGN).
She was elected at the recently held virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Tuesday February 27, 2024.
The new Board has since been inducted into office on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Following the successful induction, the new Board members have also been taken through a thorough orientation.
