At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on the 15th December, 2021 via Zoom the following Directors have been elected for a two-year mandate as per the constitution of ACGN Articles 33 and 34.
The New Board comprises three (3) females and five (5) males as follows;
1. Chair: Rockson Kwesi Dogbegah, President, IoD-Gh.
2. Deputy- Chair: Dr. Mike Eric Juru, Chair IoD Zimbabwe.
3. Secretary: Dr. Ije Jidenma, President/ Chair IoD Nigeria
4. Treasurer: Jacqui Muka, Vice – Chair IoD, Kenya.
5. Member: Mr. Edward M. Kabwe, Chair, IoD Zambia.
6. Member: Mr. Lejone Mpotjoane, Chair, IoD Lesotho.
7. Member: Mrs. Libertha Kapere, Vice President, Namibia Institute of Corporate Governance.
8. Member: Mr. Mamour Fall, Permanent Secretary & Founding Member Institut Sénégalais des Administrateurs (ISA).
