Notice is hereby given that the 14th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Institute of Directors-Ghana will be held as follows:

1. To consider Annual report of Council and the Financial Statement of the Institute for the year ended 31^st December 2019.
2. To appoint new External Auditors.
3. To authorize Council to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
4. To adopt the new Constitution.
5. To elect members of Council.
